A welcome Charcuterie board can be prepared and delivered to your accommodation along with a decor package. A variety of cheeses, cured meats, dried fruit and crackers are great to snack on before your first meal out together.

  • RETURNS: For any undamaged, unused product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Perishable goods such as food, drinks, flowers, balloons, customized products, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards; Downloadable software products; Some health and personal care items.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business. Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@charlestonbach.com.

    Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@charlestonbach.com and then send your item to: 1589 Fort Palmetto Circle, Mount Pleasant, SC, 29466, United States once you have received confirmation that your return is approved.  Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1589 Fort Palmetto Circle, Mount Pleasant, SC, 29466, United States or contact info@charlestonbach.com for alternative arrangements if applicable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once custom/made-to-order items have been started, there is a cancellation fee of 100% of the purchase price. If you would like to cancel a custom item, please reach out to us to determine what stage of the process the items are in. We will always do our best not to charge for items if they have not been started on yet. 

    We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

    When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

  • All products will be delivered to the accommodation address provided to us within a 3 hour window specified to us. Set up time is required with most items  If the address changes, please be sure to contact us atleast 24 hours in advance of the delivery date. Products can not be shipped to alternative locations. All items need to be delivered together to avoid an extra delivery fee.
